Posting his fourth complete game and fourth straight victory, Jack Morris hurled the Tigers to a 5-2 decision over the Twins. A bases-loaded single by Lou Whitaker with two out in the second inning drove in Detroit's first two runs and Lance Parrish cracked his first homer of the season leading off the fourth.
