A homer by Lance Parrish in the bottom of the 10th inning gave the Tigers a 5-4 victory over the Twins. Parrish's blow came with one out on a 2-2 serve and snapped a 4-4 tie. The Twins had knotted the contest in the seventh stanza on a two-run homer by Randy Johnson. [The Sporting News]
