Willie Aikens, Cesar Geronimo and Jerry Martin drove in two runs each to lead the Royals to a 7-4 triumph over the White Sox. Aikens snapped a 1-1 tie in the fifth inning with a two-run double. Geronimo, who drove in the first K.C. run in the fourth, hit a solo homer in the sixth and Martin drilled a two-run pinch-double in the seventh. [The Sporting News]
