Tim Flannery drove in three runs and Ruppert Jones and Sixto Lezcano homered to lead the Padres to a 9-7 victory over the Cubs. Flannery's two-run double highlighted a four-run fourth inning and he delivered a sacrifice fly in the sixth. Jones hit a two-run homer in the first and Lexcano clouted a solo homer in the third and added an RBI double in the fourth. [The Sporting News]
