Leroy Kelly's running and Bill Nelsen's passing carried the Browns to a victory over the Bengals in Paul Brown's first appearance in Cleveland since he relinquished the head coaching role there a half-dozen years earlier. Nelsen connected with Kelly and Milt Morin while Kelly carried 29 times for 84 yards and also contributed a TD rushing. Erich Barnes' 42nd career interception set up a Browns' TD.
