Six interceptions, three by Jerry Logan, including one for a TD, enabled Baltimore to reverse the decision of Super Bowl III despite a 397-yard passing effort by Joe Namath. The Colts interceptions were one off their club mark. Johnny Unitas, making his first appearance in New York in a dozen years, moved the Colts into a quick 17-0 lead within six minutes and kept them in front the rest of the way. Namath's yardage included a dozen receptions by rookie Eddie Bell for 151 yards.
