Tight end Ray Chester caught two TD passes thrown by Daryle Lamonica and Marv Hubbard rushed for 103 yards to spearhead the Oakland attack. Two Bill Nelsen passes were intercepted, one of which was returned for 66 yards by rookie Jack Tatum, setting up a 20-yard field goal by old pro George Blanda.
