A pass from Dick Shiner to Art Malone in the closing minutes gave the Falcons a come-from-behind victory over the Bengals. Earlier in the final period Cincinnati had put on a four-play goal-line stand following a 51-yard field goal by Horst Muhlmann, his longest of the season. Bill Bell's 23-yard FG had provided the Falcons with an early edge.
