The Redskins ran their victory streak to eight and clinched a spot in the NFC divisional playoffs as Pat Fischer's interception set up a two-yard touchdown run by Larry Brown that erased a 3-0 Green Bay lead. When the Packers closed the Washington lead to 14-13 early in the fourth period, Billy Kilmer completed five passes for 61 yards in a 78-yard drive that produced the clinching touchdown.
