Terry Bradshaw ran for one TD and passed to Ron Shanklin for another as Pittsburgh surged back with 30 points in the second half to overcome a 7-6 Houston halftime lead. Andy Russell intercepted a Dan Pastorini pass and ran 45 yards for a score and Glen Edwards picked off another Pastorini toss for an 86-yard TD run. The Oilers, fighting to avoid their 14th straight defeat, intercepted two Bradshaw passes and John Matuszak blocked a field goal in the first half.
