Oakland rallied to win on a fourth quarter pass from Ken Stabler to Bob Moore but rookie Don Woods thrilled the San Diego crowd with his third straight 100-yard plus day to move into second place among AFC rushers with 429 yards. Woods carried 17 times for 118 yards and scored on a seven-yard run in a losing effort. Oakland trailed 10-7 going to the last quarter and Stabler marched the Raiders 80 yards in 14 plays and found Moore in the end zone for the winner. Marv Hubbard with 94 yards and Clarence Davis with 83 yards led the Raiders' 202-yard ground game.
