Ken Stabler put on a fine passing show, completing 20 of 24 for 248 yards and two touchdowns as Oakland ran its winning streak to eight games and snapped the Lions' string at four. Cliff Branch caught both TD passes and had five for 102 yards while Marv Hubbard ran for 111 yards on 16 carries, his third straight 100-plus day. Dan Conners' two interceptions boosted the Raiders' AFC-leading total to 21. Greg Landry, who suffered a fractured left shoulder in the preseason, returned to action in relief of Bill Munson late in the game.
