Greg Landry threw three touchdown passes and the Lions' defense returned two of six interceptions for touchdowns for Tommy Hudspeth's second win in three games since taking over as coach at Detroit. Hugh McKinnis scored two second quarter touchdowns to pull Seattle within six points at the half, but Landry opened the gap to 34-14 with third period scoring passes to Charlie Sanders and Lawrence Gaines. Lem Barney added a 24-yard interception return TD.
