Rocky Bleier ran for 118 yards and three touchdowns and Terry Bradshaw accounted for the Steelers last two scores with TD passes to Lynn Swann as the Pittsburgh defense picked up its fourth shutout of the season. Bleier's three touchdown runs of seven, one and three yards paved the way to a 28-0 halftime lead and Bradshaw finished off the scoring with third quarter TD passes of 35 and 23 yards to Swann for the receiver's first touchdowns of the season. Franco Harris rushed for 55 yards to break the 1,000-yard barrier and became the fourth NFL player to rush for 5,000 yards in his first five seasons.
