Mark van Eeghen scored twice on three-yard runs and Errol Mann added four field goals as the Raiders stretched their winning streak to 17 games. Mann converted on 39, 28 and 27-yard attempts on Oakland's first three possessions. van Eeghen (25 carries for 114 yards) scored the first TD of the game 47 seconds into the third quarter to give Oakland a 16-3 lead.
