NFL game summary for 10/09/1977:
Houston took advantage of nine Steelers turnovers to post their third win of the season. Oiler running back Ronnie Coleman hit Ken Burrough with a 44-yard touchdown pass to open the scoring, but the Steelers took a 10-7 lead at the half following Rocky Bleier's one-yard TD, capping an 82-yard drive. The Oilers regained the lead by scoring on their first two possessions of the second half. Rookie safety Tony Dungy was pressed into duty as the Steelers quarterback because of injuries to Pittsburgh's Terry Bradshaw and Mike Kruczek.
