Mark Moseley kicked a career longest 53-yard field goal in the third quarter to give the Redskins a brief 16-14 lead. Dallas answered with field goals of 44 and 52 yards by Efren Herrera. Staubach threw two touchdown passes including a 59-yard bomb to Drew Pearson that iced the game in the fourth quarter.
