Quarterback Ron Jaworski and wide receiver Harold Carmichael accounted for all of Philadelphia's scoring as the Eagles rolled past the Saints for their third victory of the season. After a scoreless first period, Jaworski ran one yard for a score, then passed 11 yards to Carmichael to make it 14-0 at the half. They accounted for two more scores when Jaworski hit Carmichael on a four-yard pass and Jaworski ran two yards for the final score. A Bobby Douglass-to-Henry Childs pass play accounted for the Saints' tally.
