NFL game summary for 11/13/1977:

Bob Avellini threw a 37-yard touchdown pass to Greg Latta with just three seconds remaining as the Bears won a see-saw battle. The Chiefs jumped to a 17-0 halftime lead via one-yard runs by Mike Livingston and Ed Podolak and a 37-yard field goal by Jan Stenerud. Walter Payton, who rushed for 192 yards, scored three second-half touchdowns to put the Bears ahead 21-20 with just 2:02 remaining in the game.
