. . . where the 1970s live forever!

NFL game summary for 11/20/1977:

Ken Anderson hit Bob Trumpy on a 29-yard scoring pass on a trick play to lift Cincinnati past Miami 23-17. The play, a triple-reverse, was a fitting end to a wild game that saw the lead change hands six times. After Bob Griese flipped a five-yard TD pass to Nat Moore, Ken Anderson ran over from the 17 to give the Bengals the halftime lead. The Dolphins regained the lead in the third period on Griese's 16-yard pass to Duriel Harris, but Chris Bahr's third field goal put the Bengals back on top. Miami came back, powered by the running of Leroy Harris (108 yards rushing) and Garo Yepremian's 35-yard field goal to capture a 17-16 lead with less than 10 minutes remaining. Finally, wide receiver Pat McInally made a circus catch to set up the flea flicker touchdown.
