Terry Bradshaw hurled three touchdown passes and Pittsburgh made five interceptions as the Steelers beat the Jets 23-20. Bradshaw's passing set up Franco Harris' one yard touchdown run that broke a 13-13 second period deadlock and gave the Steelers excellent field position for what proved to be the winning points, a 37-yard field goal by Roy Gerela with 5:56 left in the game.
