Tony Adams, who replaced injured starter Mike Livingston in the second period, directed scoring drives of 55, 76 and 55 yards. Before Livingston left the game, he guided the Chiefs' ground-oriented attack on an 18-play, 83-yard touchdown drive. The Bengals, trailing 24-9, scored two touchdowns in the final five minutes. Mark Bailey led Chiefs rushers with 106 yards.
