Joe Ferguson threw two touchdown passes to Bob Chandler as Buffalo won its second straight game. After trailing 6-0 in the first period, the Bills came back with 21 second quarter points on Ferguson's touchdown passes and an eight-yard touchdown run by rookie Terry Miller. Ferguson, the NFL's leading passer, completed 15 of 18 passes for 210 yards, including seven to Chandler for 116 yards. MacArthur Lane was the Chiefs' offensive standout, rushing for 144 yards on 17 attempts.
