The sack charge was led by Randy White who had three, and Harvey Martin (two). Tony Hill (seven receptions for 112 yards and two touchdowns) and Billy Joe DuPree each caught a scoring pass as the Cowboys built a 14-3 halftime lead. It was Dallas' ninth consecutive victory over the Giants.
