Tommy Kramer completed a 50-yard touchdown pass to Ahmad Rashad to give Minnesota the overtime victory. The Vikings' winning touchdown came 3:18 into overtime when Rashad (nine receptions for 136 yards) jumped between two defenders, made the catch, and outran the Packers' secondary 30 yards for the score. Kramer completed 19 of 26 passes for 245 yards. Chuck Foreman ran 11 yards on six carries to become the Vikings' all-time leading rusher. The Packers' Terdell Middleton had his best day of the year, rushing 20 times for 90 yards and a touchdown.
