Uncle Bill enlists the services of a woman doctor to help a handicapped child befriended by Buffy. Audree Norton, deaf actress and a member of the National Theater of the Deaf, plays a guest role as a doctor.

With Angie Dickinson. Miss Dickinson plays a girl who has trouble with her TV set and calls in a troubled TV repairman (Paulsen). Pat plays a scientist and the Devil and also conducts an interview with a rat.

[NBC 7:30] Lowell Thomas In New Guinea: Patrol Into The Unknown [special] The veteran newsman-globetrotter acts as guide and narrator of an expedition to find possible traces of a missing civilization and to record the vanishing customs of tribal life. One group of natives, the Hisu, have never been seen before by civilized man. When Thomas encountered the Enga tribe he filmed their ancient tribal rituals.

With Vikki Carr. Miss Carr joins Nabors to sing a medley of Mexican songs. Her solos are "Easy to Be Hard" and "Games People Play". Nabors opens with "Nothing Can Stop Me Now", "Jean" and "Begin the Beguine". Miss Carr appears as a singer cutting a new record, and Nabors is a bumbling reporter trying to interview her.

Ironside and the fighter's girlfriend try to sway the thinking of the clan, as the young man suffers the physical and mental wrath of a clan beating.

With Pat Crowley, Michael Landon, Shecky Greene, Charles Nelson Reilly. Martin's solos are "Where or When" and "A Hundred Years from Today". Miss Crowley offers "Always True to You in My Fashion" to various suitors and later sings "Let's Do It" with Martin. Landon sings "Son of a Travelin' Man". Greene presents a humorous version of French court proceedings. Reilly plays an overzealous film editor and a salesman of a charm course for Martin.
