The hour focuses on Frank and John Craighead, twin brother scientists, as they take their families on a voyage down Idaho's Salmon River and one of its main tributaries, the Middle Fork River. Also shown are scenes of several of the nation's great rivers, which are now heavily polluted. Joseph Campanella narrates.
