Three highly placed critics of the documentary give a 15 minute rebuttal after tonight's repeat showing of the Feb. 23 telecast. The critics -- Vice President Spiro Agnew, Rep. Edward Hebert (D-La.), chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, and Defense Secretary Melvin Laird -- charge that the presentation contains distortions in its depiction of the Defense Deaprtment's public relations activities. The program is narrated by CBS newsman Roger Mudd.
