[NBC 10:00] Dean Martin Presents [special] Two contemporary comedy pilots are being presented. Both films were produced by Martin's company in association with NBC. The first half hour is "Powder Room", starring Joey Heatherton, Jeanine Burnier and Elaine Stritch as three women ranging in age from over-20 to over-30 to over-40 who project their individual feminine views of life. Carl Reiner hosts. Second half hour is "What's Up?" starirng Marian Mercer and Tom Bosley. Utilizing sketches, newsreel footage, original film reports, interviews and topical blackouts, the program presents comical comment on such subjects as the "new" army, the current nostalgia fad, group love, and recent trends in American marriage ceremonies. Jackie Cooper hosts.
