CBS News presents an overview of problems confronting the U.S. Army -- drugs, race relations, morale, discipline and corruption -- and how the Army is trying to combat them. The hour focuses on three military establishments -- Fort Hood, Tex., Fort Benning, Ga. and West Point -- which illustrate the Army's plight. Included are interviews with Gen. William Westmoreland, Army Chief of Staff, and controversial Army critic Col. Anthony Herbert. John Hart is anchorman.
