In Part 2 of NBC's documentary of the decision-making process that led to the nation's involvement in the Vietnam War during the Kennedy administration, the interviews with officials at the time of the crisis continue. The two-part program reveals new information -- not heretofore published -- and offers a reappraisal of intelligence that at the time was not deemed significant, but in retrospect has become of historical importance.
