Ken Berry is the star-host of a musical-variety special featuring comedy vignettes by guest stars. The hour also showcases Berry in comedy sketches and musical production numbers. Berry plays a ski lodge owner who uses local talent for a big show; during a war protest sketch, Ken plays "Everyman" dogged by battles and catastrophes. Then he dances a salute to New York City and introduces two of his children in a "Green, Green Grass of Home" segment.
