Phillippe Cousteau heads a small expedition along the east coast of Florida in search of manatees, once held sacred by primitive man. Included in this, the most extensive film study ever done of the enigmatic mammal, is a segment in which the Cousteaus aid a manatee trapped in a 33-inch sewer in Miami. Rod Serling narrates.
