Castellano, who was featured in "The Godfather", plays an uncouth yet lovable man whose life revolves around his family and the people in the apartments. Ardell Sheridan plays his wife. Margaret S. Castellano and Bruce Kirby, Jr. are their children. In the first show, the Super discovers his son has been suspended from school.
