The effects of the invasion of the waters off New England by large fleets of Russian and other foreign fishing vessels are examined in one portion of the program. Correspondent Garrick Utley interviews Gloucester fishermen, who claim they are being driven from their traditional grounds off the coast and that the waters are being fished out by the larger and better-equipped foreign vessels.
