Chad Everett narrates a program about the special kind of devotion existing between people and their pets. Highlights include a visit with naturalist Dorothy Richards, who raises beavers; a look at New Jersey's Aranwood, a super-plush hotel for dogs; and a visit to a Missouri mental health facility where an Irish setter provides loving therapy for emotionally disturbed youngsters.
