[NBC 10:00] The Sins Of The Father The plight of thousands of racially mixed orphans, the legacy of 12 years of American involvement in Vietnam, will be examined. The program studies American-Vietnamese children, possessed of a racial balance that finds them unacceptable in their own land and unwanted in a new one. Also viewed will be the conditions many of the war orphans are forced to endure, and what the Vietnamese government is doing to remedy the situation.
