CBS begins its summer primetime series of reports cohosted by Mike Wallace and Morley Safer with a look at the United States Postal Service and its problems and a story on a paper plane that may revolutionize the aircraft industry. Wallace talks to Postmaster General Elmer T. Klassen who admits that removing 60,000 men from the P.O. payroll may have hurt in some areas, but maintains that locations today are still overmanned. Safer tells how an ad art director, Richard Klin, discovered a new principle of aerodynamics while amusing his son with folded papers.
