The documentary, which has been researched for nine months, covers aircraft and airport safety and the shipment of hazardous materials by air and rail. One investigation shows that 55% of airline crashes occur as planes approach airports and attempt to land. Yet there is no federal requirement for planes to be equipped with a ground proximity warning device. Jules Bergman anchors.
