[ABC 8:00] Olympic Games Preview A two-hour program which previews ABC coverage of the Innsbruck and Montreal Olympics and also shows highlights of past Olympic events. Another portion deals with the Olympics as a forum for political statement, and a retrospective of the tragic events at the 1972 summer games in Munich. Winter Olympics begin Feb. 4 on ABC.

[NBC 8:00] New World, Hard Choices - American Foreign Policy 1976 A three-hour NBC report, anchored by John Chancellor and Tom Brokaw, offering a variety of views on American foreign policy in the new and changing world. Discussions center upon detente with the Soviet Union, the oil cartel, the United Nations, congressional relations and the various assessments of Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Among those appearing on the program will be President Ford, Kissinger, William E. Simon, Sens. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), John Tower (R-Tex.), Frank Church (D-Ida.), Stuart Symington (D-Mo.), Henry Jackson (D-Wash.) and Strom Thurmond (R-S.C.).

Anchored by Dan Rather, this hour centers on the "second gun theory" of the Kennedy assassination and whether Arthur Bremer, convicted of firing the bullet which paralyzed Gov. Wallace, acted alone.

[ABC 10:00] Women's Health: A Question Of Survival Marlene Sanders produced, wrote and directed this report concerning the risks and effectiveness of women's health care in America. The reports centers on birth control mesaures, hormone treatments, breast cancer detection and a women's self-help clinic formed to eliminate women's ignorance about their bodies.
