Bill Moyers takes an in-depth look at the fastest of the fast-growing states, Arizona, in the Southwest's "sunbelt" -- where in this decade 85 percent of the American population growth has occurred. The program describes the Central Arizona Project, a venture to bring water to the cities and the desert, which has already cost about $300 million and will cost vastly more if the project continues.
