Ralph Edwards returns with a syndicated, updated version of his series that ran for 11 years (1950-61) on NBC. Programs will again emphasize celebrities in its weekly "surprise" format. One new innovation will be location taping, visiting the subject's home or place of work. The first guest was surprised on the set while taping one of TV's most popular comedy shows.
